portico vine playing fields are located on scholes lane with in the portico district of St Helens.
from the m62 come off j7 for St Helens/Widnes
and if coming from Manchester way take your 5th turn off
onto the St Helens link way.
follow the linkway to the 1st round about and go straight across
at the next round about take your 1st left onto Elton head rd
then take your 1st right after suttons
then take your 3rd left at the sutton arms pub.
this will put you on elephant lane go straight through
the 2 set of lights and then you will be on scholes lane.
follow the road up the hill and around a s bend and you will
arrive at our playing fields on the left behind a stone wall.
